Easy to make and really fast, you have to fry tortellini just few minutes. Terrific antipasto!

120 g tortellini
seeds oil for frying
Start by heating the oil in a frying pan and add your already- made tortellini little by little, moving them gently with a spatula, and frying for at least 4 minutes until the dough becomes dark yellow at the edges. Dry on paper towels and serve in a bowl.
