I leave you the address of three seafood restaurants where food and quality swim on the same plate.

Bologna: 3 seafood restaurants to try
Osteria Bartolini – seafood Romagna style
Osteria Bartolini – Il mare a Bologna is my favourite.
The menu follows the seasons and the availability of the fish market, so it changes often, but the fish is always from Adriatic see.
My favorite dishes are tagliolini of fresh pasta with clams, the sardines cutlets, and the fried fish is delicious. The Romagna clam sautés sumptuous.
Piazza Malpighi, 16, Bologna
Sorbole Que Tapas!
It is one of the stalls in Aldrovandi Square dedicated to fish (HERE). Indeed fish tapas.
Sorbole is a typical Bolognese expression meaning awe or wonder in a positive sense. The menu is innovative.
At this tapas bar, I recommend sampling anything that inspires you.
None of the tastings disappointed me. And, indeed, I return and return regularly.
Piazza Aldrovandi 9/2b, Bologna
Pane E Panelle – Sicilian seafood
Trattoria combines Sicilian flavors and tasty reinterpretations.
The menu follows the seasons and the chef’s imagination, but the imprint is Sicilian. There is extensive use of poor and forgotten fish. The fried food is unforgettable. Vegetarian suggestions are never lacking.
You can eat in the inner courtyard, typical Bolognese, under a sky of little lights. At lunch, you eat under red sails that are a bit like sailing to sweet Sicily.
Via S. Vitale, 71, Bologna
