Who’s ever heard of fried tortellini?
Tortellini fritti (fried) are one of my fav “ricetta della tradizione” and it’s also a super traditional Bolognese recipe, sometimes forgotten from Bolognese people too.
Yes because you can eat tortellini not only in broth or with a delicious cream of parmigiano reggiano, but also fried.
Easy to make and really fast, you have to fry tortellini just few minutes. Terrific antipasto!
They are a great serving for aperitivo bolognese at home. Let’s cook and let’s have a good time with your friends!

Recipe
serves 4-6
120 g tortellini
seeds oil for frying
Directions
Start by heating the oil in a frying pan and add your already- made tortellini little by little, moving them gently with a spatula, and frying for at least 3-4 minutes until the dough becomes dark yellow at the edges. Dry on paper towels and serve in a bowl.
