My Homemade Olive Oil Granola Recipe

Olive oil granola recipe

Granola, have you ever made it?
With organic cereals flakes, to mix with the ingredients you love, you can make delicious granola: crunchy, sweet, and with olive oil.

Olive oil granola recipe

Homemade olive oil granola is perfect to start the day with something you made from scratch and know every ingredient and quantity.

It is also a great snack and after-dinner snack.

Two recipes for granola

Before finding a satisfying compromise between flavor and sugar, I tried many things. In my recipe, there is no sugar but maple syrup. Honey is also good if you don’t have syrup.

And between seed oil and olive oil, I chose the latter that adds flavor and character. But not extra virgin, which I find too aromatic for this recipe,

I leave you with two recipes. One is for making chocolate granola (but no one forbids adding dried fruit). The second is without cocoa and with lots of dried and dehydrated fruits (but, again, you can add chocolate chips even if you put cocoa).

Take care of yourself, always.

Food Tips

It could be a greedy edible gift for breakfast lovers.

Stored in a glass container, you can preserve it for a month or more.

Eventually, this is a great way to use chocolate’s leftover; or any tiny pieces of chocolate that you have on hand: dark, white, milk, etc. It’s your choice!

Personalize your granola using the dried fruits you prefer.

Do not add fresh, perishable ingredients; add in them at the moment.
