Market to Table Cooking Class
In the early morning, we will meet for an Italian breakfast at a local café. It will be a perfect way to know each other chatting over cornetto and cappuccino or espresso.
Then, we will shop together at the local market for fruit and vegetables, and we will visit a local butcher. This will give us the chance to create the menu together, picking just the freshest local ingredients.
After the market, we will return to my kitchen in the downtown, where we will cook together a Bolognese seasonal meal, working on a traditional menu, from appetizers to desserts.
The class will end with lunch.

COUNTRYHOME’S KITCHEN
The cooking classes are held in my country kitchen, located, in a traditional country villa close to the Bologna’s downtown. You’ll meet my husband Guido, who leads you to the history and visit of the home, and my dog Lillo. If the weather is good you’ll get the chance to eat outside in our garden.
How can I reach the location?
Since we are in the countryside, you’ll need a car – or a driver – to fully enjoy the class.
