Where: at the country home kitchen. I’m about 20 minutes from Bologna’s downtown.
Since my family country home is in the countryside, you’ll need a car– or a driver – to fully enjoy the class. A private driver can be arranged on request for pick-up and drop-off (price not included).

During the morning we will prepare a full traditional end Summer menu, from appetizer to dessert-everyone will have a chance to make something. The class will end with lunch that according to the weather, will take place in the garden or in the dining room.
